Krchin – a mountain in Western Macedonia and Albania, which extends in continuation of Mount Deshat and is part of the larger chain Shara-Korab-Deshat-Krčin-Stogovo-Karaorman, that is, it represents the southernmost part of the chain of the mountain range Korab-Deshat- Krchin.
It stretches from Suva Bara (2,080 m) in the north, to the bottom of the Debar Valley in the south in a length of 13 km. It has a pronounced ridge, from which several peaks rise above 2,000 m. The highest is Golem Krchin (2,341 m), followed by Rudina 2,238 m, Deli Senica 2,174 m and Crvena Plocha (2,107 m).
On Krchin grows the endemic Macedonian carnation (Dianthus macedonicus), which can only be found on this mountain
