Boazi – peak in the central part of the main ridge of the stretch of Mount Korab in Macedonia. Its height is 2,495 meters. Boazi is the top of the main ridge stretching in the central part of Mount Korab, on the very Macedonian-Albanian state border. It is located in the area between the valley of Dlaboka Reka with the Korap waterfall and the Mal Korab peak in the north and the high mountain pass – the Gypsy Pass in the south, while from the Boazi peak to the east the mountain branch on which the high, difficult to access, very steep and pointed (alpine-like) peaks of Kabash and Ribnička Skala. Boazi peak is located on the very crest, and its slopes to the west and east are very steep and stony, and through the two valleys from the two slopes to the north and south of Boazi, mountain paths and roads lead many herdsmen and travelers crossing it the ridge of Korab, which is probably why the peak got the name Boazi, which comes from the Turkish word boğaz, which means passage, pass, throat, gorge, neck (“neck”), road. You can climb to the top along the well-trodden border trail, approaching from the valley of the Deep River (Proifel) in the north, and continuing along it to the Gypsy Pass in the south, immediately at the southern foot below the peak at an altitude of 2318 meters is located the permanent natural glacial lake Izgrevno Ezero. The whole landscape of the area around Boazi peak is filled with very beautiful highland almost “alpine” mountain scenery, of steep peaks, deep valleys, steep slopes with rocks, high mountain grassy pastures and meadows.

Sunrise Lake – a natural glacial lake on Mount Korab, in Macedonia. It is located on the eastern Macedonian side immediately next to the main mountain ridge of the stretch, located in a cirque between the Boazi peak in the north and the high mountain pass Ciganski Premin in the south, immediately west and immediately above the great Ujt Kalar cirque, on the southern foothills below the Boazi peak at an altitude of 2318 meters.
