Ostri Vrv – a mountain peak of Mount Karadzica, on the Mokra mountain massif in the central part of the Republic of Macedonia. Its altitude is 2,263 meters. It is located in the middle part of the ridge of Mount Karadžica, immediately south above the valley and the village of Patishka Reka, from where a marked hiking trail leads. The peak is a very high and steep rocky section of a ridge with small crushed stones (sipar) above the valley itself in the north, while towards the south its slope is grassy and descends to the main mountain ridge of Karadžica. With its pointed, sharp appearance, Ostri Vrv dominates and dominates, presenting a magnificent (“alpine”) view from afar at the very entrance to the deep valley of the Patishka River. The extremely high steepness and pointed sharp appearance are probably the reason for its naming as Sharp Peak. Immediately to the east of it, on the opposite slope of the valley, the Ubava peak rises with the two Salakovski Lakes, from where you can also access Ostri Vrv.

Karadžica – mountain top of the Karadžica mountain of the same name, on the Mokra mountain massif in the central part of the Republic of Macedonia. Its altitude is 2,472 meters, which makes it the highest peak of Mount Karadžica and the second highest peak of the entire Mokra mountain massif. It is located in the middle part of the ridge and ridge of Karadzica mountain.
