Ilinska Mountain or Prostranska Mountain – a medium-high mountain in western Macedonia with a Dinaric direction stretching from the northwest to the southeast. The highest peaks are Liska (1,909 m) and Starec (1,577 m). It is located between the Debrca valley in the west, the Treska river valley in the north, Demir Hisar and the Belicka Reka valley in the east. It continues to the southeast in Plakenska Mountain. On Ilinska Mountain, the headwaters of the Mramorechka and Belichka Rivers are developed. The geological composition is represented by Paleozoic crystalline shale overlain by Triassic limestone conglomerates and granitite overlain by carbonate rocks. The mountain sides are under forest, and the high parts are under mountain pastures. It abounds with beech forest in the high and middle parts, as well as oak in the lower parts.
